All Australian orders of 2 full price garments or more will receive FREE postage and handling!
Foxx Foe ensure the safe and speedy delivery of your purchase by sending all parcels via Register Post with Australia Post. Postage and handling for orders sent within Australia are charged a flat rate of $10.00. Postage and handling for New Zealand orders is a flat rate of $20.00 and all other international orders are sent at a flat rate of $30.00.
- All Australian orders should be delivered within 5-10 business days, parcels being sent to Islands or remote locations may take slightly longer.
- All New Zealand orders should be delivered within 5 - 14 business days.
- International orders can take from 5 - 25 business days depending on where in the world it is being sent.
- All parcel must be signed for on arrival. If you are not at home at the time of arrival you should be carded by the postal service delivering your parcel.
- If you are not carded and do not receive your parcel within the designated delivery time please contact us at onlineenquires.com.au and we will promptly track your parcel and notify you as soon as possible to it location.

For all customers ordering from anywhere in the Australia, making payment with a credit card is the quickest way to pay for your purchase. Your payment is charged to your account immediately and your order can be processed straight away.

- For your security and the efficiency of all transactions we can not process orders over the phone.
RETURNS
Foxx Foe strive to ensure you are satisfied and love every purchase you make, but if something just isn't right please contact us at onlineenquires@foxxfoe.com and we will work promptly to resolve any issues.
- Foxx Foe are happy to exchange or issue web credit for any garment you have purchased online excluding SALE items.
- Please be aware we do not issue refunds for change of mind.
- Garments must be exchanged within 14 days of purchase date and the garment must be in it's original condition unworn, unwashed all original tags must be attached.
- Please retain your proof of purchase as we will not exchange a garment without this.

FAULTY GARMENTS
Here at Foxx Foe Online we do our very best to ensure all our customers receive garments of the highest quality and manufacturing excellence.
However if you believe your garment possesses a manufacturing fault please contact our online staff immediately at onlineenquires@foxxfoe.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue as promptly as possible.
We require the garment to be returned for examination, and if the garment is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, we will gladly replace the garment within 5-7 business days if stock is available at the time of return or alternative we will reimburse the full amount along with the cost of returning the item for examination. A receipt for the postage cost must be enclosed, and no refunds will be issued for postage without a receipt.
